Outbound Sales Agent

Foresight is seeking motivated, results-driven Outbound Sales Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent our clients’ brands on outbound customer acquisition campaigns — speaking with prospects, presenting offers compellingly, and converting conversations into new customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers on behalf of our clients
- Present client products and services clearly and persuasively
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Follow all compliance and script guidelines on every call
- Document call outcomes accurately in our CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to hit goals
- Ability to handle objections calmly and pivot effectively
- Prior sales or call center experience is a plus but not required — we train

Inbound Customer Service Representative

Campaign Manager

Foresight is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of client contact center programs — from initial setup and agent training through day-to-day execution, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization. This is a high-responsibility, high-visibility role for a proven contact center professional.
What You’ll Do:
- Own program performance for assigned client accounts from launch to optimization
- Manage and develop a team of outbound and inbound agents
- Monitor real-time KPIs and address performance issues proactively
- Conduct regular call monitoring, coaching, and quality review sessions
- Communicate program results directly to clients in weekly and monthly reviews
- Ensure full compliance with TCPA and all applicable regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of call center management or campaign operations experience
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets
- Strong knowledge of contact center technology — dialers, CRMs, IVR systems

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help grow the Foresight client base. In this role, you will identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across the industries we serve — bringing in clients who can benefit from our call center marketing solutions and building the relationships that drive long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and prospect target companies across telecom, energy, financial services, and other key verticals
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision makers
- Qualify leads and set discovery meetings for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM
- Collaborate with leadership to refine prospecting strategy and messaging
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of B2B sales development or outbound prospecting experience
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting professional outreach at scale
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and business value communication
- Familiarity with call center, telecom, or marketing services is a strong plus
